Founded in a humble garage in 1983, OIS initially provided machining services to both the government and automotive sectors. It wasn't until 1985 that we ventured into the market, introducing our collet pads through local tooling houses. As our company continued to flourish, we gradually shifted our focus exclusively to our product line, establishing a network of national distributorships. Fast forward to 2015, OIS had successfully cultivated over 400 distributorships, facilitating the global distribution of our products.
Today, OIS's offerings extend well beyond collet pads and top jaws. We have expanded our repertoire to include custom jaw design, soft jaws, hard jaws, and a wide range of chuck-related products. Our evolution has brought us back full circle to being a comprehensive machining company with key vendors conveniently located within our facility.
